Personal Development Plan (PDP)

The 1:1 Mentorship includes a Personal Development Plan which will be based on your music. James will listen to your music and fill out the PDP prior to the first 1:1 session, going into detail on each specific element and what can be improved. The PDP will form the basis of the programme and will be monitored as you go through.

1:1 Sessions - 7 weeks

The course will be 7 weeks long and will entail a 1-1 session each week.
  • Session 1 will be focussed on the Personal Development Plan. James will discuss with you each individual element of your music as it currently stand, and will work through the PDP to develop a set of actions on how to level up your music.
  • Sessions 2-7 will provide a bespoke programme to address each of the actions in your PDP. You will deep dive into all the topics that you require, pulling knowledge from James' 13 years of producing music.
  • The sessions will be based entirely on what you would like to receive which can include things such as track runthroughs of James' released and unreleased music.
  • If there is a specific style of music or sound that you would like to make, James can teach you how to make it

Personalised Video Content

Dependant on your level of production the video content includes:
  • Club Bangers Advanced Course
  • Dance Music 101: Introductory Course

In addition to the video courses, James can pull together bespoke video content throughout the course based on the area of skill that you would like to improve on.
